Welcome to
Chisholm Trail Stonewall Democrats
Empowering the LGBTQ+ Community. Advancing Democratic Values.
Welcome to the Chisholm Trail Stonewall Democrats (CTSD)!
We’re glad you’re here. Our chapter is a space where LGBTQ+ Texans, Democratic voters, and allies from across the region come together to connect, collaborate, and make a real impact. Whether you’re a longtime advocate or just beginning to get involved, your voice matters here.
🌟 What We’re About
CTSD is dedicated to uplifting the LGBTQ+ community and advancing the core values of the Democratic Party throughout Texas. As part of the Texas Stonewall Democratic Caucus, we work alongside neighboring counties, local leaders, and community partners to strengthen support for pro-equality candidates and expand voter engagement.
🤝 How We Work Together
We believe progress happens when people show up for one another. That’s why we focus on:
-
Building inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued.
-
Supporting LGBTQ+ Texans through advocacy, visibility, and community action.
-
Collaborating across counties to amplify our shared goals and strengthen our collective voice.
-
Encouraging civic participation so every voter is informed, empowered, and represented.
🌈 Join Us in Shaping What Comes Next
Every conversation, every volunteer hour, and every shared idea helps move our communities forward. Together, we’re working toward a future rooted in dignity, respect, and opportunity for all.
We’re excited to meet you, hear your story, and work side‑by‑side to create meaningful change.
The Chisholm Trail Stonewall Democrats invite you to gather with us on Saturday, October 10, 2026, for an afternoon of connection, community, and collective action. This is a moment to come together, lift each other up, and strengthen LGBTQ voices in our local Democratic movement.
We’ll meet at:
El Fénix Mexican Restaurant
855 NE Alsbury Blvd.
Burleson, TX
Come early at 2:00 p.m. to visit, connect, and enjoy a meal together.
Our meeting will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.
This gathering is open to LGBTQ community members, allies, and anyone committed to equality, representation, and building a more inclusive Texas. Whether you’re new to political engagement or already deeply involved, your presence matters, and your voice is welcome.
Let’s build power, share ideas, and continue shaping a future where every LGBTQ Texan is seen, valued, and heard.
